It holds you super nicely, it’s true to size, the material it’s very stretchy and it’s easy to put on, but still holds everything super nicely too. VERY comfortable!Got another, the black one with the large Puma below it, all’s good except this one is less stretchy and more difficult to take off. Aside from that, still great support!

Pros- super comfortable, the small fits my 28 inch band need, stays in place, no tags which is great.Cons- I would consider this a low impact sports bra. Super stylish but doesn’t keep girls from bouncing, and I’m only a full B.

I love this bra I've bought multiple. I use them over my normal bra to cover cleavage a little more under low cut shirts. Still allows a little cleave but not too much for the workplace. Fitss tight and supportive without feeling choked out. Good value for the price. They hold up well with wear.

I would not wear this running or anything high impact. It is made well, but the sizing and shape is a little off. Definitely had to remove the padding. Would wear it around the house or to bed. I bought the large, but should have bought the medium. Im a 32F bra size.

This by far is the best sports bra I’ve worn. It supports my bust, and doesn’t make the girls bounce when I’m moving. (I’m big breasted, so I got a large. If I buy this again, I might try an XL just to see if it flirts better.) That was the most relieving part about this purchase. It doesn’t flatten my bosom but it does support me.The one thing to note though is that it is rather tight across the chest. I made the mistake one time of wearing it all day. By the end of the day, I was starting to get breathless and breathing hard. On other days, I usually just change in or out of it when I go to work out and after I finish.If you are looking for a bra that keeps you from juggling while you work out, then this is it. You might consider a size up to avoid your bra being too tight; otherwise, opt for your usual size.

So I got the XL. I’m pretty fit 5-9 and 160ish w 38D chest and it fits great. Quality experience from Puma.
