SUNVELLA SunPure Non-GMO High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Pressed-Unrefined Pack of 3 (1.32 GAL + 2 x 33.8 FL OZ)

This sunflower oil lasts longer and taste milder than any other sunflower oil that I have tried. Usually I buy it in small quantities because it has so often gone rancid before I have used it all, but with this brand, I go ahead and buy a litre knowing that it will keep well, and taste good. Top quality oil and processing - hope I can continue to buy it for years to come.

Tried some SunPure on fresh salad and it was nice delicious and delicate sunflower flavor - not heavy or smelly at all. Was surprised how light and not greasy. This sunvella will be a great to use instead of olive oil now and than to change it up a bit.Also googled a recipe and made some homemade mayonnaise with it. Came out so great. And healthier than what you get in store. Highest in MUFA than olive oil. Understand the best mayo in Europe is made with sunflower oil.

The company originally sent wrong item but very fast corrected their mistake and sent me the right type of oil. The oil is just what unrefined sunflower oil is supposed to be ! it smells like lightly roasted sunflower seeds, very natural and I have been looking for this kind for years. Salads smell divine! ! Just what I am used to during my childhood in europe. I will continue buying this brand.

I grew up using sunflower oil, which happens to be a hard oil to find in the US. I was excited to find this on Amazon, and read a lot of reviews before ordering. Well... This had a yellow color and the other 2 brands of high oleic organic sunflower oil have been clear.I tasted it and it had a kind of burnt taste, had my wife try it and she said thats bad. I am very tuned in to rancidity in food and notice it in nuts and sesame seed when no one else does. This was different but maybe that is the taste of rancidity in this oil. So I made mayo with it to see if it might taste ok in that form and it was terrible and I threw it out and the rest of the bottle. Maybe I just got a bad bottle but I am not taking a chance again. Baja Precious which amazon also sells is very mild with no off flavors and it is organic. If you use it to make mayo and use 1T white vinegar, 1 egg,1t dijon and 1 C oil, salt & pepper it tastes very similar to Helman's and is just as thick but is GMO free.

I have been using this for making salad dressings and mixing it half-and-half with the Carrington brand refined coconut oil and am quite happy with both the flavor and health benefits of the two oils together.

I love to use this oil in dressings with some garlic powder and sunflower seeds and garlic croutons, bacon, tomatoes and permasan cheese. It has a fantastic flavor! If you love sunflower seeds this would pair well with it.Also - it's great for health. I keep mine in the fridge so it doesn't go rancid before I finish it.

After reading about the health benefits of this oil and that it is better tasting than olive oil that we used to swear by, we ordered this to try. Much to our surprise and skepticism, we found it to be amazing. Will order again!
