This is my first time using this product. It did a great job decalcifying my machine. It is straightforward to use and practical. Just follow the instructions on your coffee machine.It came in a little package. I opened it, poured the content into the water tank, and let my coffee machine to do the work. The cycle lasted about 30 minutes. I did not notice any residual taste after using the coffee machine. I believe it works great!

This descaler is the only one I use for my Saeco expresso machine. I want the coffee maker to work smoothly and deliver a good cup of coffee. I descale whenever the machine tells me to and follow the directions that come with the descaler. The machine is a little complex and delicate. I want it to last a long time. The coffee is good and so fresh. So I am careful with it and will use only this Phillips product.
