Abena Abri Form XL4 X-Plus Premium Cloth-Like Adult Diapers (44-68" Waist) - Case of 48

I hate the labeling on the box... It's like a billboard for all my neighbors to see that I need diapers. I wish Abena would put less on the box, and distributors would cover things with plain packing tape.This product has great absorbency that has yet to fail me. The stretchy tabs are great to create a nice tight initial fit, but then you can sometimes slide them down like a pullup when you can go (great for Roadtrips).The padding is extremely absorbant considering the padding size. Not too big that I can't still squeeze into my daytime jeans.Also, the padding extends across and up the entire front and tab-wings; which helps prevent leaks.

This are the best on market. I’ve been buying for almost a year for my mother who suffered a stroke and is bed bound. She’s 200 lbs, wears XL. We are always getting compliments from nurses how wonderful her skin looks. No sores ever with these. She wears the number 4 for nighttime protection. No leaks. She’s wears 2 during day. They capture urine smell and also make my mom feel more comfortable that there will be no accidents or bed linen changes. I did test a few other high end and nothing compared to this! Truly the best out there.
