I bought the SOS Talisman for my husband, age 77, who has recently had a second stroke and is Type 2 diabetic but on insulin. He recently had a very bad hypo and was unconcious for 2 hours and he had to be taken to hospital. Luckily I was with him but I needed the Talisman so help will be on hand for him. I had known about the talisman for years but never got round to buying one. The SOS talisman has such a good name that most people know of its existance and will know what to do. Technology is brilliant but this simple but very effective Talisman is on hand to help anyone anywhere to get help. I am very pleased with the quality of the Talisman but my husband couldn't fasten the chain so I purchased a long chain that he can slip over his head. I had purchased the SOS Talisman bracelet first but he couldn't fasten that so I returned it and purchased this. The refund was put through within 2 hours of me handing the package over to the selected Returns Agent. Well done Amazon. Both Talismen were delivered the day after I ordered them and they were well packed so well done Cairn.

Perfect for role, lovely and light.
Ordered this to give confidence to my Nan and our family when she is out and about since a fall.Paid slightly more than I had hoped but the quality of the product is very good, it is nice and compact and does not look an obvious aid so my Nan will be happy wearing it. The extra design on the front is perfect for her and is brilliantly done.Necklace arrived in plenty of time for Christmas so makes a brilliant gift!
