I bought the blue set - These provide great resistance in the water, and while pricey... I’ve used them every day since I got them - and my muscles feel as though I’ve had a good weight workout. The leg parts really need to be put on overly tight but once they are cinched up - stay on exceptionally well... contrary to what I read from another buyer.

I have arthritis and tendon problems. These were perfect for me to use in my pool and I have no joint stress from them. I was amazed at the amount of resistance they create. Great substitute for free weights.
