I bought this after getting very sick after antibiotics. I didn't realize antibiotics kill good bacteria as well as bad. I hadn't taken antibiotics for over 20 years, and no one told me to eat yogurt or take a probiotic. I had extreme digestive problems for 2 months. I used this along with probiotic, yogurt, change in diet, etc. I put this in a juicer drink or sprinkled on cereal each morning. I eventually nursed myself back to a healthy life! I now use it, and I have extra on hand if I start having intestinal issues.

I've used this before and it's amazing. Well Wisdom creates some stellar products that have more benefits than others. But Amazon said my package was delivered. It was not. Made a really horrible effort to make it right. Then recommend I buy the same product, that's now 20% more expensive. What a sham.

This really works, I am Amessed of how it makes me feel. I been working out for 9 years and have always been sore after my workout, since I been taking this I have not been sore at all. I love it and I will continue taking it as long as I workout. What a life savers

I received a product that expires in six months. That's not what I expected from a non-returnable supplement. Will not be purchasing again.

Have three friends that are down sick with a cough, flu etc. I have one staying at my house. I have not gotten even a sniffle. This dissolves really well by spoon in liquid I use it in ice cream shakes but put it in after shaking. No taste in water love it

If you have stomach acidity issues, this works perfectly. Just take it on empty stomach. I started with half a scoop and increased the dosage to 2 scoops. This doesn't appear to be a cure but a temporary solution.

I have been putting this into my morning power shakes. Not sure how it's working on me but I am working on my immune system and gastric issues. No taste that I can tell nice powder consistency.
