Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the cutting board before I wrapped it. It was a gift to my oldest son and soon to be daughter-in-law. It was absolutely beautiful. Even better than I thought it would be. My son and his soon to be wife loved it and I am so glad I picked this cutting board and company to make this special gift!!!!

The first order arrived with a large chunk of the corner broken off in shipping. The owner responded personally when I explained that this was a wedding gift and I did not think gluing it together would be a good omen for the start of the marriage. He was over the top generous in making a new one, sending it in sturdier packing and with a rush to get it here on time, and he discounted by ten percent because of the hassle. This sort of response is unprecedented in my experience.I am grateful and inspired by the response.Besides that - the piece itself is terrific and well made. The bride and groom were quite touched by the gift and will treasure the piece for decades to come.

I wanted to get something special for a couple I go to church with. I found this cutting board and ordered it to be etched. It turned out perfectly and the etching was beautiful. I had to run my hands over the board to see if it was actually etched into the wood it was so smooth. I also liked the different colors of the wood, which I think gave it that modern farmhouse look. I was also very pleased that I ordered it only a week before the bridal shower and got it in time. Great workmanship!

Beautiful gift for a great value! The board was shipped quickly and well packed. The engraving and sturdiness of the board is excellent quality. I do wish the stripes had the same contrast on both sides of the board (one side looks significantly lighter than the other) but it otherwise makes a nice gift for a new home or married couple.

First, it was delivered on time. Right on time. Second, although it was delivered quick and on time craftsmanship was excellent. We coupled this with an elegant cheese knife something you probably have not bought for yourself but should and Bob’s your uncle you never have to worry about future presents because they can cut the cheese. Cheesy huh. Ps they must like it cause we got a thank you card straight away.

I purchased this as a wedding gift; however, when I received it the name was misspelled. I also paid extra for the oil treatment to enhance the colors, but the wood is very light and does not standout, so I’m not sure if the oil treatment had been applied. Mine appears to be much lighter than other customer photos. The side of the cutting board appears to be coming apart, so not sure how long it will hold up when used. I had previously order a cutting board from another company on here for another wedding, and it was much better quality and nicer. This one is nice too, just not quite what I was expecting, but I know my friend will love it.Note: I have emailed sender and will update response based on sender’s reply.Update: Sender responded quickly and offered to fully refund my purchase or remake the product. I opted to have the product remade. Product was remade correctly and overnighted to me that same day. I received the product very quickly. Customer service was superb.
