takes getting used to
Accupressure mat and pillow plus Spiky Reflexology ball. The mat and pillow will take some getting used to. Right now I need to use them with a t-shirt on and I am up to about seven minutes laying on it. The reflexology ball is wonderful my hands and feet really needed the ball. I had been hoping for something like the mat and neck pillow for a long time. Now it is a reality. Even with the little amount of time that I am using it, I get relief. I hope it lasts a long time, but when it does wear out I will get this one again.

Really wanted it to work- pillow height issue.
I really wanted this set to work for me! The reason I returned it immediately is the cervical pillow was just entirely too high for my neck to rest on. I’m petite, with cervical/thoracic issues and migraines, so the pillow was an important part of the set for me. The spikes felt great when I laid down on the mat, but the height of the pillow put my neck at an unnatural angle, not a neutral one. I decided to return this product and purchased another with a rectangular pillow instead.

Most-used health item in our house. Prefer Spoonk brand though.
We’ve shared and recommended so many Spoonk mats in the last few years I decided to go with the less expensive knock-off. It’s defintely not as high quality as the Spoonk. Haven’t washed the cover or anything yet... won’t get this brand again.

Amazing that I can sleep on it.
I use this when I am sitting in my recliner and also in bed. I am very surprise that I can sleep on this but works out well.I have been not using it lately due to arm fracture from an accident but hoping to get back to it soon.

Spikes are too dull
This is the second acupressure may I’ve purchased but my first was from an alternate seller. While the mat was beautiful, it gave me no relief as it was not spiky enough. The spikes are a bit dull unfortunately and due to this, I did not receive any of the awesome benefits😔I purchased one for my boyfriend from an alternate seller because I found a mat that looked more his style and his was painfully divine! I’m a bit disappointed 😕

love love love it
This has helped tremendously in relaxing my body and destressing all the areas that I have issues with. I love it and so glad to have it as part of my daily routine. A little intimidating at first from the sharpness of the discs but once you have used it a few times you don't even notice.

Mat is good, pillow isnt
The mat is great... however I ordered this in hopes that the neck pillow would help relieve the neck pain that accompanies my headaches... but the pillow is so thick, it ends up hurting my neck more

I tried a friends mat and had to have one. I use it allot and my teenage son has started using it also.
