I liked this product for a time. They promised free replacements for life. The catch is that these cases break frequently (usually a significant break every two months or so), and you have to still pay $6 for shipping (not really Free!).The protector also doesn't cover the entire screen. Once I dropped my phone (which has a strong, case and the protector) and the screen cracked even with the protetor on it, since the phone landed on the top corner (the screen protector doesn't cover the entire screen).The customer service was unsympathetic and unhelpful when I shared my concern. I cannot recommend this.

I just received this screen protector today for my iPhone XR and even though I just got it I still felt compelled to write a review on it, especially since it hasn’t been reviewed yet. The screen protector (glass) seems like it is really good quality and there is quite a difference between it an the $10 one I previously had on my phone. It is much clearer, feels better to the touch, and is much more fingerprint (smudge) resistant. The full screen coverage looks great and you really can’t tell there is a screen protector on the phone. And finally the installation was great with the included install template. This is probably the best install I have done and with no bubbles. So it is expensive at $45 but in this case I think you get what you pay for. I will update this review if I have issues with the screen protector such as damage or prematurely coming off the phone.

This product did a good job of protecting my phone screen I guess. However, the screen protector is made of glass and cracks almost instantly after dropping onto CARPET. I ordered a replacement screen which is a nice perk, but still had to pay $9 in shipping costs, and then the replacement screen cracked the SAME DAY as I put it on my phone. And I got glass stuck in my finger from it. This makes me think that the "replacement" screens they send you are a much less quality product than the original. Would not buy this again.

Amazing. Incredible. Unbelievable.I wrote a long review on the case I paired with this, the spigen slim armor case, which also talked about this, but holy hell guys. This. Screen Protector.It has changed my life.It is truly edge-to-edge screen protection, with full coverage and a precise cut for the phone speaker. My levels of OCD satisfaction are off the charts with this product and the spigen case. Everything fits so snugly and perfectly, it's like they were made for each other.But seriously, this screen protector is awesome. Shell out the extra cash and get this, it's worth it. The tools it comes with are great, especially the guide, it makes sure you're flawless. I got all but one bubble out and I think it's a small dust spec which is unfortunate, but that's my own fault. Make sure you keep it clean while installing! Pair this with the spigen slim armor case like I have and you'll get full seamless, slim protection all around. The lip on the case matches perfectly with this protector, there's virtually no edge between them. Screen works fine on all 3D touch and swipe controls too.Anyway, I did not get this at a discount for a review. These two products are genuinely great. I got the phone last week and tried to do some quick research and get it protected, ended up buying a shit $40 case and a terrible $10 privacy screen protector, returning both, they were horrible. So don't be like me and waste time and money. Buy it now.

My work phone was issued with a BodyGuardz glass screen protector. I wanted a screen protector for my personal phone and figured it was a quality product.The installation of the screen protector was simple and the instructions were easy to follow.However, within six months both screen protectors have already began peeling off in the right corner and my personal screen protector had a hairline crack in it.I contacted the company for a replacement but the item had to replaced within six (6) months of the purchase date.

This cracked the first day it was on my phone, after being correctly installed. Did not even use the warranty to get another because there is no point. You could find cheaper ones that work the same if not way better

Bought new I Phone XS max’ for me and my wife and then bought these because of a recommendation from the salesman. My wife’s has already cracked without dropping so I’m not sure how durable it is her screen is not cracked but the protector was so it’s a good thing I put it on there I guess. I have already put in a request for a replacement so we will see how this company honors there warrenty

When you order something off Amazon you seldom expect this! The screen protector still has bubbles despite following the directions exactly. I even applied it after the shower was used in the bathroom to cut down on any particles floating around in the air. No particles but air bubbles that couldn't be avoided. The directions say any air trapped will resolve in a day or two. Nope! Still air bubbles. And now I can't get it easily removed from my phone. What a mess. I paid the full price for a screen protector that is obviously being marketed for $5 by a third party seller. The seller and Amazon both refused to honor the price sticker on my item and said to contact the other. The seller said Amazon would have to make any price adjustments and Amazon said the seller would have to do it. If it weren't for COVID and closed stores in my area I would send it. Next time ordering from Bodyguardz directly!!!!

It works exactly as advertised so that’s great. I didn’t realize it had a black border that covered the edges of my screen (iPhone X). It also has an intense glare that makes it impossible to see the screen when outdoors in any natural light (even on a cloudy day all I see is the reflection of my face, not what is on my phone screen) or indoors with flashing lights like concerts. Hasn’t scratched or cracked but I will be replacing it just because of how bad the glare is, its a priority for me to be able to see what is on the screen.

The product has no negative or exceptional qualities, everything said in its product description is accurate, the build quality is good and performs as expected.
