I have bought this as a birthday present, yet to be given to the recipient so cannot say anything about the actual drinking experience. However the wine came in good time and the bottle looks really lovely. I will assume that for the price it will be an excellent wine.

Pleasant but totally lacking in fizz
Pleasant taste, light and crisp, but completely flat with ludicrously stiff corks. Took 15 mins to open and ended up with a very sore hand! I’m now rather embarrassed to have given these as gifts. Disappointing.

No fizz
Pleasant taste, light and crisp, but completely flat with stiff corks. Difficult to open so would seem the fizz should still be there! Embarrassed to have given these as Xmas gifts. Very disappointing indeed.
