I called us the best sauce ever because it’s my personal favorite on everything from tacos to breakfast burritos, on the scrambled eggs sandwiches, it’s good on just about everything. Yes hatch chilies are spicy but don’t let that fool you. This combination with the garlic is not that spicy at all. Just a very mild spice and really delightful. The garlic isn’t overwhelming either. It’s all done just right with the perfect combination in the perfect portions and so deliciously creamy to make the perfect hot sauce. If you haven’t tried this Blue Top brand Hatch Garlic creamy hot sauce, I would highly recommend it to anyone. You’ll thank me some day!

I love this sauce so much! I use it in the place of mustard all the time... it is one of my favorite condiments!

I was so excited to finally get this, as I’d had my eye on it for a long time. It arrived intact, but the product is not the nice light color as seen in the photos. It’s dark beige, kinda brown. So I didn’t open it. I bought it in Dec and still afraid to try it.Major disappointment

This time upon delivary, the Garlic Hatch ingredients are totally separated into oil and the main ingredients. If shaken it goes slightly back to emulsion but looks disgusting. The other bottles that I ordered the first and second time of the other flavors are fine. Oh and the product is not returnable.
