Functions are a little confusing I just add water until I dont need more ice and shut it off but ITS AWESOME

very good, more powerful than another one that only worked for six months before dying. This one seems to be able to handle the whole family refilling ice all day long plus guests at night. I like the scheduled on/off feature a lot.

Only used it for a couple days but so far has been easy to use, noise level is low and makes ice the way they said!

Easy to use. Perfect for a camper or a small space. It really doesn't seem long to have a full glass of medium ice cubes. What you don't use, it recycles back through. It really works!

I loved this ice maker when I got it - especially compared to the Igloo I had before. It does NOT have a freezer as advertised, but other than that it worked great. Until it just stopped working. I would like to just exchange it, but am getting no response from Amazon at all - no "we received your email...," nothing. At this point I would just like a refund. I am very disappointed in Amazon - to the point I don't want to do business with them anymore and I spend a lot of money there. This is the first bad experience I have had with them but it is very bad.

First off I will say that the build quality is not very good. The product came with a manufacturing error that is easily fixed but renders the unit unusable until you do.Low water error- The water sensor fails to sense the stream of water due to being misaligned. To correct this you can watch the video I uploaded earlier (still processing at time of writing this review). I will also explain it here as well.First remove the two Philips head screws under the lid. Then lift the top off the unit taking note of the two tabs in the back when putting it back together.Second, on the rear right side you will see a metal tab being held in place by a screw. This tab is swung too far out and the stream of water is missing it. Loosen (not necessary to remove) the screw holding it down and push it back towards the case of the machine so that it is above the curved metal wire. Tighten it back down, and replace the top cover.Repair is complete and the unit will function as intended.Makes ice and the added feature of a timer and cleaning function makes it nice. Also with the ice making compartment easily accessible (by removing the top) cleaning is easier.But the high cost and cheap construction makes this not so great a deal.

This is my second ice machine in the past year. Compared to my first machine, an Igloo, this thing is awesome. Makes ice fast! My only complaint is the beeping. When the tub is full, the machine beeps five times to let you know. That’s annoying! Especially, when it beeps off and on all day and night.

I can't believe I lived without this before. We have an ice maker in our fridge but It not a large capacity. This Ice maker is a gem especially for parties. I love chewing on Ice and these are very chewable. Great buy

-SPRING 2022-We live in Canada, therefore, we had this in storage over Winter. We cleaned it and it started without a hitch and it is making fast & easy ice again. Still easy to clean. Still easy to fill. STILL LOVE IT.-SUMMER 2021-My family is in LOVE with this Ice Maker,. Even our pets. High quality ice made fast. Relatively quiet and OH SO CONVENIENT. We especially love the timer feature....we just set the timer and wake up to a tray of fresh ice for morning smoothies. The self cleaning feature is so fast!!! We absolutely don't know how we survived last summer without this baby on our counter!!!

Love this this ice maker! The fridge ice maker couldn’t keep up during the heat waves, so I decided to purchase an ice maker. After looking at numerous models and reading reviews I chose this little machine from Nutrichef. This is the best appliance I have ever purchased. This machine pumps out ice like crazy, I never have to worry that there won’t be an ice when wanting a cold beverage. Highly recommendedUpdate:24 hrs later this ice making beast has turned into a glorified over priced paper weight. It’s stopped making ice, and now when you hit the button to turn it on, it beeps a bunch of times fills the water, then dumps it out and does nothing. Constantly gives an indication of a different error. Low water-it’s full, ice bucket full-no ice at all, freeze protection- it’s summer and 20C outside. Biggest waste of time and energy getting this cleaned and set-up. Starting an Amazon return and won’t hurt my feelings to see it go.
