Fuel pump
Fuel pump fit great just like stock one. The only thing is the feed line was smaller than stock one so I just put a hose clamp on it, good to go!

Bought this fuel pump in June 2022 to have as a spare since the stock fuel pumps on Yamaha Rhino's are notorious for failing. My OEM pump did fail in September 2022 so I took this pump out of the box and installed it. No fuel would flow. I then checked to make sure that no lines were blocked. Next I tested the new pump as instructed in the Yamaha repair manual by applying vacuum on the pulse port of the pump to see if fuel would flow from the tank line to the outlet port, but still got no fuel flow. According to Yamaha Repair Manual, fuel should flow when doing this test and if it does not flow, the fuel pump is bad. Fuel would not flow from the outlet on this new fuel pump while doing this test several times. I then borrowed a known good fuel pump from a friend and installed it on my machine and it worked fine. I then re-installed the new pump and again got no fuel flow. WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS PUMP IS JUNK.

It works, however the mount holes only one lines up, the other is off half a hole. And the outlet tube is slightly smaller than the inlet, so need to use a good hose clamp to secure. But for the money it gets ya up and running. This was on a 2007 Rhino 450

Easy installation
I used a vac pump to prime this fuel pump after I installed it. Works great.
