Just a one off I hope
Received yesterday, very well packaged and delivered 2 days early. Guitar looks good and feels comfortable in the hands. However, the pick-ups weren't working, but the tuner was. Now having to return.Aafter a little hiccup, this arrived today.I bought one just over a few days ago that unfortunately wasn't working as it should. I went to Amazon to return it, however, Gear For Music contacted me almost immediately and asked when was the best time to collect. I said in 3 days. It was collected in 3 days. I was refunded the same day. So...I ordered another one which arrived today. All in all it took just a week to return and receive another one. Gear For Music were excellent and kept in contact throughout the process. The guitar is solidly well made. The sound is very good and the action good too. Having a built-in tuner is a plus.I would throughly recomend Gear For Music.

Great starter guitar.
To get the best out of this guitar it needs to be amplified. Unplugged the volume is surprisingly good but leans a little to the bass and mid range. Unplugged it lends itself to heavy duty playing, power chords and bass runs. Construction is excellent. Watch out for the curved back it likes to slip off your knee. Great guitar for the price.. The neck set up is excellent.

A really nice guitar
After reading a load of customer reviews and really liking the look of the guitar, I decided to buy, and I have not been disappointed. The guitar looks and feels really good and well made, but the proof is in the sound and how it handles, and I have to say it passed with flying colours. Unplugged, the sound is both smooth and crisp. Plugged in and the guitar comes alive , the three band equalizer allows for plenty of tone choices to be selected, The action is surprisingly low, making fingering higher up the fretboard easier. The guitar bag is strong and well made with two zipped pockets for odds and ends ,and with two shoulder straps and a carrying handle. The clip,on tuner is simple to use with a bright clear face. All in all, for just under £100 this package is, in my opinion, well worth the money .

Great value
Great little guitar for the money... built well and sounds great. Having a built in tuner is a real advantage for beginners. highly recommend. Good guitar for the young and for females. Light and and comfortable neck.

Good guitar for the price
I got this for a future son in law who, wanting to get back into playing, was always borrowing my quite expensive ones. He’s over the moon with this guitar and he finds it an easy to play instrument that keeps itself in tune.Tone is important to a guitarist and although an acceptable one, it’s not a top class one. However, it’s far from being poor.Overall this is a good purchase

Guitar sound and it’s feel
Lovely guitar bought this for my son for his birthday. I’ve heard it and he says he loves it. Low action, clean sound, no feet buzz and really smooth feel and very comfortable to play and hold. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good electro acoustic guitar

Great Sound - potentially dangerous frets
I received this product today. It arrived ahead of time in generally good condition and was well packed.I'll give a nuanced review here. I'm a veteran guitarist with over forty years of playing experience. In terms of its sound and playability, I give it five stars. It has a lovely sound, good low action, no fret buzz, nice string spacing and a good straight neck. As other reviewers have noted, the fingerboard is a little dry,a bees wax polish soon sorted this out. The main problem, as other reviewers have pointed out, is the razor-sharp fret edges, all frets, both top and bottom. I've just spent about three hours filing these down so that they don't cut my skin to pieces. It's much easier to machine smooth the fret edges before they are inserted into the fingerboard. Once in, they are hard to file without potentially damaging the delicate plastic edging of the neck or the fingerboard itself. Come on Gear 4 Music! Order your luthiers to smooth the fret wire ends - even if you have to add a few quid to the price to cover the extra labour costs. Then quality control them to make sure this is done. Purely on grounds of health and safety, I couldn't have given this guitar to my grandkids to play without making the frets skin-safe first. For this you lose two stars and you owe me three hours labour!
