Apart from the delivery charges, the product is satisfactory. You can rely on it and avoid going to the parlor. It does what it says. I have heavy chin hairs and i visit parlor once every 2 weeks for just chin wax which now costs me 250(ricca wax) but using this wax, i get the same results without going to the parlor. If we go by mrp 90/-, this one pack can be used twice or thrice easily. Which means i spend 90/- rather than 500 or 750/-. Do use a plucker after wax to remove few left overs.

It looked like a pink candle without a wick. I heated it directly on the gas and it melted within seconds. As it was my first time so I made a little mess. But the entire process was easy. Hardly took 15 mins on the face. I would definitely recommend this as going to parlour is not an option these days.

I have been using this product happily for many years. This time I got a spoilt was which was not coming off causing pain and scratches . Maybe it was one odd case. But I hope for money back

It is very good & easy to use for facial hair removal

Wax is a bit sticky n doesn't remove hair properly. I'd to use thread. N we've to melt it again n again as it got hard very soon.

It would have been better if it had come with a lid.

Not good. Cz as u apply it becomes thick n after pulling off no proper hair comes out. N over doing can burn ur skin. U have to hear it again n again in sec of time.
