It says for 12 months up and I bought it for my son for Christmas. It has many songs some of them very inappropriate for young children including the curse words. Not happy.In addition the box is only in a foreign language with no other instructions. The donkey curses in english though.

I did not expect the product to be packaged in a box with Chinese written all over it instead of English. Also, the prerecorded feature was also Chinese. I'm used to products made in China, but this was too much. That being said, the recipient of the gift still got a big kick out of the toy.

Everything is in Chinese! Finally figured it out and it's hilarious!

The voice sounds it's clear, I do not recommend this toy.

Liked the concept - it was intended as a gag gift. I share the comments in the earlier reviews. Furthermore, it does not come with the 3 AAA batteries required, nor is it easy to install them. The switch used to activate the power is inside; the button needed to activate the motion is outside, atop the left foot. Took awhile to assemble, since it did not come with instructions and the workmanship of the Velcro opening is sloppy but the fact is it was a small investment that yielded big laughs and therefore worth the $'s and the time spent assembling it.
