Tai Chi Clothing Wing Chun Kung Fu Clothes Short Sleeves Tang Shirt

Was excited to try this on. It fit well and pretty much as expected. One thing worth noting is that both the sides of the shirt have large holes in them (this helps with movement if you are doing something such as martial arts (see attached pictures)). I did not see that in the description or pictures of the product (perhaps i just missed that?) The thread holding the fabric together is very thin and i am worried it will tear easily after washing, but nothing a needle and thread cant easily fix or just let it be in two? - decisions...I do plan to cold wash this and hang dry. Just by feeling the fabric it is clear that it will shrink. I am hoping it wont shrink too much after the first wash, but im taking the risk and might buy a larger size if i need to.I am overall satisfied with this shirt and depending on its first wash, will be buying more.I used to teach martial arts and this feels great to me for tai chi or just a fancy shirt for special occasions :)Note- I am 5"11 and 165 pounds. I purchased the extra large. Perfect fit before first wash.

I bought this shirt to use during kung fu class and it seems to work well enough - although for a person my size (5’9” @ 180 lbs) probably should have gotten the XL. It does seem a little tight around the shoulders when doing movements and I prefer my practice clothing to be a little more loose. That said, it’s a generally well made piece of clothing with good material and looks great while worn. However, after only a few washes, the threads holding the tang buttons to the front of the shirt are starting to unravel, making them loose. I’ll have to reinforce them soon by re-sewing them. The price is reasonable, however, I was a little disappointed to see threads coming loose after such a short period of time. Recommend line drying to mitigate this issue somewhat.

Great top for the pricing level - the cotton is nice - the closures are slightly tight which is good in a new product, I'm sure they will loosen up with wear and time. Read the reviews to decide on the best fit - it does run small. I am very pleased overall and will order another. I use this for doing Medical Qigong treatments.

The color is beautiful and brown. Only downside is it would fit me if it was one size smaller. I doubt they would replace a smaller size considering it was shipped from another country. I thought it was an Asian size which is normally smaller but it was too big for me.

This is a real shirt, not full of cheap synthetic materials and whatnot. It is one of my favorite pieces of clothing now. It can run a little on the short side as it fit me perfectly and I am only 5'7" and wearing a large so if you skinny tall guys are getting one take note.....Other than that I really do love this product and have not gotten any discounts or favors for this review.

I ordered the 2x size and it fits like a slightly loose XL. Perfect!The hem falls to base of my fingers which is great.Shirt seems to be well made and looks great.Cons: Since it is cotton, it will always look somewhat wrinkled.Pro's: Since it is cotton, it can be washed and bleached if needed.Note: Short sleeves is not really Taiji but it will serve my purpose this summer.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shirt for the price . It's a generous fit (especially since I'm female), good for tai chi. The fabric is a nice, strong cotton and it's very cool and comfortable for summer practice. It washes well, does need some ironing. I recommend this shirt

These shirts are very comfortable. If I could change anything it would be the sleeves which I prefer to be three quarter in length. The shirt does fit well regardless.
