not bad, not great
I expected a little more..not sure why. It did give me a slight energy boost and a little more focus. I wouldn't use or rely on this on a daily basis or often. I'll probably keep it around until I use it up. This couldn't replace a pre-workout or a strong cup of coffee in my opinion....however, it is easy to just pop a pill and get a little bit of a boost. It seemed to last a few hours for me.

Great product if you like the effects of dendrobium.
Each capsule has 600 mg (probably closer to 450mg) which is WAY to much to injest at once so I break up each capsule into 5 seperate home made pre workout drinks. The results are just like the ones found in other dendrodium pre workout products. 240 capsules with 100mg each would be better. im very pleased with this product and its potency.

Does nothing....
Took 4 the first time around and felt nothing at all. Took 10 a couple of hours later. Maybe a brief headache for a minute if anything at all. Just amazed that nothing happened. Have read how this is the alternative to 1,3 DMAA, but maybe this is just a fake? the dmaa was amazing and I wish it still existed for sale somewhere. Seller would not return either! DO NOT BUY!!

Dendrobium Is a member of the orchid plant family. Within Traditional Chinese Medicine it is called Shihu and is one of the 50 fundamental herbs used. It is well known for its medicinal properties and used as a tonic and strengthening medicine. It contains chemical alkaloids that are thought to propel its benefits. The alkaloids feed the brain and help cognition. TOTALLY USELESS, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I USED EPHEDRINE, UNTIL THE GESTAPO IN THE U.S. DECIDED CANADA COULD NO LONGER SELL IT, 16 MGS WORKED FINE FOR AN ENERGY BOOST, DENDRO........MAY AS WELL BE A SUGAR CAPSULE, ANYBODY TELLS YOU DIFFERENT IS PROFITING FROM THE PRODUCT.

Makes a Monday feel like a Friday
Boost in endorphins I feel amazing very talkative not shy about anything. i feel like I'm on exctacy without being emotional just feel all together great. muscles are full tight, feel like I just won the lottery, I'm about to buy up the whole supply!!

anyone that claims this is like ephedra is pulling your leg. it is not the same thing and does not provide the same benefits.
