I ordered these personalised pens for my father's funeral. We gave everyone a red rose with a florist card tied onto it, and a pen, so that they could write a message to father and place the rose on the coffin. The roses went with him to his end. Mourners got to keep the pen as a little reminder of father.The funeral took quite some organising, as I also gave every mourner a little velvet pouch of father's favourite wild flowers, to sew in the spring, so that when the flowers came up, everyone had a little reminder of father in their garden, and the bees had a bonus too.I digress. I ordered the pens in good time, but then realised a few days before leaving for the funeral (I had to travel and stay a few days, far from home) that the pens had not arrived. Looking on Amazon's site showed that Amazon had not processed the payment, with no explanation as to why not. So I contacted the seller and they said they hadn't sent the pens because Amazon had not forwarded them my payment. Neither of us knew why.At this point, the seller leapt into action and really was amazing! They printed and dispatched the pens immediately, and they arrived by courier the next day. What fabulous service!As for the pens...they are a nice chunky size in the hand, and the purple colour that I chose is really nice looking. The personalisation is really well done, too. They are a nice quality product and are much nicer than their price suggests. I am going to order some for other things, such as for the kids to use at school, so that nobody steals their pens. I am sure I can find lots of uses for personalised pens. I don't know how long the ink will last, but that is not an issue as I can always get refills for the few pens that I have left. They write nicely and I had some good comments on what I lovely idea it was to give mourners such a useful keepsake. I should think they would also make good favours for wedding parties or baby showers, kids' birthday parties and so on.Overall, if you are looking for personalised pens, at a good price, you can't do better than these pens from this supplier. Good quality, sturdy, pens, nicely personalised and the supplier really does believe in customer service. It's a 'yes' from me.

We've ordered 50 pens for marketing purpose with our company web address printed on. We needed a quick delivery for a business meeting with our prospective clients on Monday. Indeed, I was amazed with super fast delivery received on Saturday just within 2 days since the order was placed. The pens looked really nice, so while being amazed by the outstanding service, I rushed to write an instant 5 star review.Now, I got back to change my review because I'm really disappointed about the pens' quality. One of the pens, which I used during the mentioned above Monday's meeting, broke after I wrote just two sentences! What's a shame! It never happened even when I used the most cheapest rubbish pens.Was it coincidence that it happened only to me, or all of the pens did or would broke sooner or later because of their poor quality? Certainly, I won't write to the meeting participants asking them "Hello, is our pen received at our meeting still working?" but I wouldn't take a risk to order that possibly faulty pens again.

These pens were for my granddaughter as a surprise for her 16th birthday party & they were put in a party favour bag with other items chocolate hearts & novelty chocolates for her to give to family & friends. They went down a treat everyone loved them value for money arrived on time

Really good communication, I needed to change a few things to my order, I emailed the company and got a response straight away. My products came out better than what I expected. Will be buying more in the future!
