Just buy one
I’ve been playing seven string guitars since 1999. And owned a lot of them. As is this is a wonderful guitar. The neck is just perfect. I’ve upgraded a lot of parts on mine to make it a super guitar.! But there wasn’t really no need for that. You can’t go wrong with this.

Wicked price point for a Djenty beast.
I’ve played a PRS CE24 for the last 20 years. This is my first 7 string and first multi scale. The transition was flawless…this is such an easy, smooth guitar to play. It’s not bulky or awkward like a lot of 7 strings. Playing fast has never been so easy. Not to mention the versatility of this beasts sounds.I did have to adjust action, intonation etc but mostly because I tune down a whole step. Easiest guitar I’ve ever had to set up. Neck adjustments are easy and accessible (no need to remove anything). I will be taking it in because the tone knob sticks a little when going from 0 - 3ish. If this thing weren’t so smooth and didn’t sound so good, this would’ve normally dropped my review down to a 4.For a $600 guitar that plays and sounds more like a prestige model, you cannot beat it. I always think the beginner should start with a six string and in this case I don’t think a beginner would fully appreciate the comfort and speed of this instrument - then again if you start with such a high end guitar, get ready to adjust your expectations down the line!

Does what it needs to do
The price is right for this guitar. It could probably use some new/better strings. It's a 600 dollar 7-string, so it is what it is. It's not going to sound as clean as a 1200 dollar LTD 6-string, but it serves the purpose. It's fairly easy to play and made to play heavy. I like having the multiscale for better tension on the lowest string. I had the money to go big, but i'm fairly new to guitars, so I went with something mid tier. I kind of wish I knew how a higher end 7-strings like the jacksons, ESPs, or Holcombs sound, assuming I could find a multiscale at least 27"-25.5". Don't get me wrong, I'm not disappointed by any means, but I'm not amazed by any means, either.

Nice Guitar for the Metal Fan
My Grandson loved it. It’s a beautiful gloss black and according to him it plays great. It was kind of cheaply packed but I didn’t notice any scratches or blemishes.

DO IT!!!
I have had this guitar 4 years. Alot of guitar for the money. If your wondering if it's worth it? The answers YES, very much so!! The price range is so low for this guitar. I have a premiere ibanez guitars and I have this and I'm not lying or exaggerating when I say I play this one the most because of how playable and smooth it plays and sounds. It feels and sounds like a high end guitar. These build have come along ways since the ibanez sledgehammer 7. Worth the money especially if your venturing into multiscale, 7 strings or both.

Silky smooth and the price is right!
I ended up buying this used from guitar center to save a few bucks, luckily it was still in great condition when it got to me, what a monster of a guitar. I couldn’t find anything multiscale in this price range, and trust me multiscale is the future for extended ranges! Pickups are super hot and it has great tuning stability. I’ve always loved the wizard necks and this one is no different, although cooler than what I’m used to with my rg5! Crazy 3 piece neck with truss adjustment available on the body as we see with a lot of premium axes. Love the jatoba top, it’s just as if not more smooth than rosewood and isn’t something I see often. Neck was dead straight out of the box, did have to adjust the setup a bit but that’s ok. Jumbo frets are always a must for shreddy stuff. You will not regret multiscale! Single scale seven strings usually have either way too slappy low end or way too tight high end and this solves that problem. Step and a half bends are super easy and I’m not worried about breaking a string, and I could even go lower than b without a ton of buzz if I wanted. The guitar is very light but the tones are HEAVY. Ergonomics are fine and familiar as with most super-strat body styles. Probably my favorite guitar I’ve ever bought and I’ve been playing for over a decade and owned at least 7 different guitars since then. Enter the djent.
