While the Monopod looks good generally I am finding it impossible to flip open the camera mount base by pulling aside the lever provided for it. Either this piece sent to me is defective or there is some way of doing it easily. Also there is no instruction manual to operate or adjust. Please help me and get a very good rating by guiding me to solve the problem.I am pleased to say that I have solved this problem on my own by loosening the star screw with lock washer a bit. The seller should ensure supporting the buyer with a simple one page product guide or at least respond to customer email.I have started trying out the product. It looks good and is sturdy. I recommend buyers to spend sometime on studying various aspects of Monopod with ball head to get to good speed on this, if not already familiar. At this juncture it looks like a very good value for money. I have to test it in normal handling situations to see how long lasting the product is and how good the materials withstand the wear and tear involved in usage.

Best one for this rate but not sturdy✌
You get what you pay. Will upload a video on youtube stay tuned my channel name "Divith Shetty" but for review purpose read it.I am a cinematographer and i use this for more than 10 times a dayI use this with my canon 200d and problem is it shakes a lot! Good for 'okay'videography but wont recomend for photography. Its 3 legs are not sturdy at all but for 2185rs this is much better then other monopods. No other monopods and tripods can build this kind of head trust me its really good and it has a bubble indicator.Thank you for reading✌

Excellent stuff for beginners.
Perfect for light cameras, that is dslr with small lens. you get what you pay for. It can be used without the base legs and a proper Monopod. Great value for money.

Worthwhile investment for first monopod
This is my first monopod. I thing good value for money for what I paid for it.I bought this one as it had the ball head included. It is heavy >1Kg- but that is already mentioned in the details. It can steadily hold my Nikon Df+Nikon 300mm f4+1.4TC.The ball head is sturdy too not the fluidiest movement but less clumsier than myself. It easily extends upto my height and very manageable. All in all very worthwhile.

Must have for wild life watching
This is a very good and sturdy product, I used it with Nikon Aculon Bino which was weighing about 1- 1.2 Kgms. I also used with Nikon camera. Three legs of monopod makes it very much convenient when you are in jungle & travelling with items mounted on.The handle makes the items movement very smooth you can simply track the moving object without any hassle

3rd Class Useless and nonsense product, A stigma on monopod name..
Waste of money...Very light and Cheap Quality plastic used...jerks A LOT while panning and tilt.. Shaky Monopod...over all a useless and Nonsense product

So far it has performd very well.
I liked the Video head manouverability. It is very smooth and steady. The stand itself is sturdy and light which is a rare combination. The tri-leg attachments and their functioning is also a good addition to the monopod. The angling function also is proving useful to capture certain videos off the ledges and low corridor walls. What i did not like was the bag which has been supplied to house the stand .The inside lining of the bag is already disintegrating and thin mesh of the cloth is already exposed.Though it looks good on the outside, the quality is not really good.It may tear up anytime however careful we may be while putting back the stand into the bag.

Not suitable for long lenses.
For DSLR with small lenses is good. Not suitable for long telelenses. Build is sufficient OK for any camera body without power unit. Licking is OK.
