Good quality supplement, take all year round daily with a glass of water after breakfast and has kept the aches and pains I was getting after being diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency.

I am pleased to say my Solgar Vitamin D3 jar (which is made from glass) wasn’t damaged or broken inside the Amazon box and everything was nicely sealed and packaged.This is the one thing I was worried about, as a previous reviewer had this experience. So thank you to the Amazon picker/packer for taking care of mine :-)The Softgel capsules are not big and easy to swallow with a sip of water.I am going to be taking 5 soft gels per day so I get 5000iu and will take them all at once with my breakfast.Taking vitamin D3 is helpful for hormonal health, boosting mood, bone health and especially needed throughout the winter months in the UK when the sun is non existent.

Nice product. They do tend to stick to each other so need separating. Would still recommend and but again. No taste which is ideal and good size

My partner has a Vitamin D deficiency due to being a coeliac and these are really making a difference 👍🏼No nasty taste and easy to swallow
