Acuforce 7.0 Massage Therapy Tool

I love this item. I've used it personally to release trigger points in quads and on clients as well with positive results on both. Clients have commented that they liked this tool and the chiropractor I work for raved about it as well. I have successfully used this tool to strip tight muscles with long strokes as well as isolated issues like trigger point and static or xfiber friction. Great tool. I've eyed this tool for a long time and finally broke down and bought it. I am SO glad I did! Because the weight of the tool does all the work, it really eliminates a lot of manual work for a therapist.

learn how to use it and you will love it.. it take some practice and the instruction video was not a great help. This is the second one I have gotten, I traded for a 2.5.. Mostly for big athletes..

I use if for deep pressure on my leg/gluteal muscles that are tight. I also use it on my claves. Even rolling it across tight muscles the 2 round circular parts feel great and seems to release a lot of tightness. You can't use it on your back by yourself but I can get enough use out of it to make it well worth the money. Great tool for body muscular pain. Feels like a massage, that you can make superficial or deep massage whatever you want. Even better if you have someone willing to run it across your back.

It is really nice for deep tissue and trigger point therapy, I would not recommend to use it on your own upper back as it is quite heavy and you can hurt yourself dropping it accidentally, ask someone else to do it for you, it is. Awesome thumb and elbow saver for work on the lower back, it was delivered very fast, too and I live in Hawaii. My only concern is the smell but I am giving it time to air a little bit.

I am an LMT, in practice for over 20 years, and I find this to be a very helpful tool, be it for self-massage or for working on clients. 7 lbs is just the right amount of weight. It IS produced in the US, yes? I've given it only 4 stars because 1) I find it over-priced. 2) I do mind its strong, industrial smell, which doesn't seem to fade and transfers to one's hands.

7 pounds of pressure to direct and hold on any pressure point until it releases. The cover of the tool feels like skin. Just what every deep tissue worker needs!

This one will save your hands for certain. The weight of it truly allows you to use no force of your own. It also works fantastically well as a self help/self treatment tool for your hands, forearm musculature, and pectoral region. Well worth it.
