This book gives me a new perspective in terms of building word of mouth. This is a grey area for me but now after reading Contagious I can say I am very well aware of what and how of word of mouth. As author says it is not a success mantra but each chapter is an ingredient that helps in creating word of mouth. The book is synced with the latest technologies nowadays available. Examples from daily life advertisements are sited in support of every chapter. Also it can make one start linking products that how they are becoming contagious.A must read for an entrepreneur, marketers or any person who has a product or service to offer.
