Perfect Product for the right price
This is a perfect microwave at a great price. What I needed was only a microwave (without heating element) since it is used almost exclusively for reheating and very little for cooking.Its the perfect combination of power and versatility for regular heating of food, tea and milk. We also use this for defrosting which is also great with this model.My previous model had a jog wheel so this was a little awkward at first with only buttons but we have got used to it now. From a design perspective a jog wheel is definitely preferable.

Good quality product
User friendly. Value for money. Technician visited and repaired for free because of a small manufacturing defect and it took very less time. But, overall it is a very good product of Whirlpool. I am satisfied.

Good product at great price
It's great for reheating food. It was delivered in time and the installation and demo was executed in two days time. I have used it for over ten days now and find it to work perfectly. What's more - it also came with a set of microwave bowls. Overall, the product is perfect value for money!

Good product.
Product is good. But they provided me dented product. I had dent and little damaged too. But I kept it as it had just small dent. But rest all good.

the nokia 3310 of microwave industry
this is perfect for bachelor. It's been 1 year since I'm using and no problems whatsoever, it's also extremely easy to clean. the only downside is for people who dont like it's looks because its a very plain and simple design so it may not be aesthetically pleasing to some but practicality is very good

Fell short of expectations.
Fell short of expectations for a reputed brand such as whirlpool. Did it's job for as long as it worked. Paint front below the cavity started flaking early on and the product failed after 3 years. Faced similar problems with other microwave ovens since 1997 but none had such a short life span.

Very bad life
In just about 2 years and nine months of buying this product, it has stopped functioning and is impossible to repair.I bought this in Jan-2018; and it was giving me problems since Apr-2020. The control panel would malfunction every now and then and the appliance would continuously beep after taking all the stuff out and closing the door.Then the turntable starting rotating on its own upon opening the door, as thought it had a mind of its own.It just kept getting worse since May-2020; and it finally died in Sep-2020. I'm never trusting Whirlpool again. This has been my second bad experience with this company.How can they build a product that cannot even last 3 years? This is India; and not the West where people regularly throw out and buy new appliances without batting an eyelid...

Very pleased
Works just great, brand new piece in perfect condition (after all the stories of dented and chipped items). Delivery got a bit delayed -my fault -because there was an old contact number (which doesnt show unless you open the full contact details -maybe a suggestion here to change display slightly)
