They sent me the wrong parts for the torch, the build quality is mediocre but not too bad, and the gloves are HUGE if you have regular or smaller sized hands you won't have the dexterity needed for tig due to the gloves bulk. But I mean screw it right, a scratch start tig set for 70 bucks that's great

Gas cups are chipped and slightly mis-shaped so they wiggle a bit. Gas flow shuts off if you touch the valve at all. After welding for about an hour the torch started popping and the flex head developed a bulge so I think it began to melt. Was only welding at 80 amps. Cable, adapter, collets, collet bodies, and back caps all work good though.

Product is cheap. Has broken o-rings. Nothing threads together. Amazon won't let me mention that nothing from weld city gets delivered to your house. You have to pick it up at the post office. My local welding supply is on the same street. Amazon sucks. I'm no longer going to order anything from them.

Great product. I welded approximately 56 6 inch welds with this right out of the box. It never got hotter than a usual torch this size would get and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately I cross threaded the head one day while changing the gas lens and I ruined the body for good.. this was my fault and had nothing to do with the torch so I will be ordering another one asap.

Thought it was great until after doing a few welds it got hot. I went to bend the head to do a different weld and the rubber ripped. I was told not to bend the head when hot!! CK doesn't tell you not to bend there product when hot!

Just out of the box everything looks ok. 3 stars because there was NO FREE GIFT

There’s really nothing to complain about here. The price is cheap. That parts are good quality. The gloves are a little bulky but who cares. It’s a great kit to get going on scratch start tig
