I use mine sometimes in the day. I tent to grind my teeth when I'm stressed so need it then. So comfortable once you mould to your teeth you get used to it really quick

No I don’t think so. It’s too big to choke on. I’ve had no problems with it at all. I think it’s very good, no worries about choking. It kind of adheres to your teeth too, keeping it firmly in place.
