The remote for my Samsung smart tv no longer worked for the on/off button. I’ve got tired of getting up to use the power button on the tv itself so checked Amazon for a replacement remote. This was very inexpensive, less than 8 expected, and eeems to work fine so far. No programming or pairing required, it worked immediately after putting batteries in. The picture shows the replacement remote on the left, and original remote on the right.

Works well for my Samsung TV.

The original Samsung remote would have cost me almost $40. Where the quality of this remote could have been a little bit better you can't beat it for the price. I paid just under $7. The remote worked right out of the package with my Samsung television with my only complaint been a few of the buttons are a little bit hard to press. Other than that this is a fantastic buy.

DO NOT BUY!!!! The "menu-up" button does not work. I have multiple devices connected to my TV, so I use this button often to scroll to whatever device I want to watch on my TV. Soooo, now whenever I switch to a new device, I have to use the "menu-down" button and scroll aaaaaaall the way through the input menu to get to the device I want to select. VERY ANNOYING!! How hard is it to build a remote control that has working buttons??!! Bought this remote because the battery cover broke off of my original remote. The batteries would fall out and my 12 month old daughter would always seem to find them and try to eat them. Thanks for nothing.
