NOT WORTH IT!
I thought that this would feel like a blow job, but it doesn't really. I thought that it would suck me in like a electric penis pump does, but it does not! The suction is actually pretty weak. If you are older it will not help you to become erect. You are going to need to be fully erect before you insert your penis. Then you will still have to manually move the cylinder up and down the shaft to feel any actual suctions or pleasure. From the advertisements and porn videos that I had seen online I believed that this device would actually pull me in and milk my penis to mind blowing orgazims, and finally make my dreams come true instead I paid a whole lot of money for a major disappointment, and now all I really have is serious buyers remorse.

Good Concept Poor Execution
From time to time, you get bit in the digital world. Thank goodness I'm somewhat handy mechanically (sorry about the pun). The case reminds me of something you would carry 45s around in (records, not guns). The pressboard was a disappointing construction material, but the metal ends cap, the metal surround, and even the metal hand strap ends were a nice touch, indeed. Slap the name Marshall on it add a couple of knobs that go to eleven; wham, everyone will think you have a Marshall practice amp.Inside I found shotty workmanship with some quality components. Motor, Diapham, Air Handler, and even the basic framework looked pretty good. It just needs a little love. If you are mechanically inclined, then this isn't a big deal. We modify everything around this house. The carrying box to me isn't the problem. The milkers are the real problem. 2" plastic tube with silicone base sleeve, two 2" o-rings, a 1/4" threaded pipe extension that you would find in a cheap Torchiere lamp, and lastly, a rubber cap with a one-way air valve. Like everything else in this world, you can buy the assembly, but you can't buy a replacement leave. Oh, one-way air valves in The Milker Cylinder, that rubbish, vinyl, whatever cap is a joke as well. Everything I've listed, you can find at any real hardware or craft shop.Wait for itThe 2" silicone-ish type sleeve isn't replaceable. I would think one could buy a 100-foot roll, and as it breaks, you cut off a new piece, and away you go. Wrong. Months of looking, I couldn't find a thing until I found a replacement, rubber milking sleave for dairy cows. DOH! Problem solved. I bought a couple of the cylinder assemblies, too, right here on the AMAZON.Everything ready, the wife and I are going to have a little over the weekend... Well, I was wrong again! I plugged this thing into a wall socket, and it started to dance across the floor, completely out of control. Now, if you have never seen a dancing box that resembled a 45 record carrying case or, in my mind, a mini-stack, it is something to see. So much so, my wife spilled her ice tea. Anyone can tell you, in the south, that it is not a good thing to spill your sweet tea. What you are looking at is the USB speed control, circuit board. The picture says it all, and it's just the way I found it, once the case let go and it opened. Houston, we have a problem. Knowing there isn't any way I'm going to be able to buy one. I'll build it. For giggles and a small light show, out in the box marked pieces, parts, and things, I had three antminer, rotary fan controllers. Don't ask why I had them; know they came out of my first water-cooled computer. Three of them together sounded like a 727 taking off at full power. If you enjoy like I do, tearing something apart to make it better, then buy one. If you do not have the patents, buy something else. The genuinely sad part of this story is that everything about it is true...Revise: I just bought what I needed for less than twenty dollars. How about that!

Quite enjoyable even intense! And loud.
You must hold the cylinder. It's slightly too short and small. The speed control is nice but It would benefit from a more sophisticated longer stronger suck phase before release - a program. The rubber sleeve got a hole but the company will not sell me that part! Only a complete new cylinder for $50.The feeling is quite stimulating! Better if you have an erection but works somewhat if you don't. Requires use of lube to seal. Just not refined enough to bring me to climax.I've never used a penis device that was so intensely stimulating! That's a plus. But it's fairly costly for what many report is an unreliable machine with poor customer service.

Do not buy, junk.
This was a huge disappointment. Not built well. Dose not perform as intended. I have had this thing for about a week and the vacuum pump fell apart. This was expensive and I feel like I was ripped off.

case is junk other feedback said poor customer service my speed controller didn't work unless I pushed it in and held it (fixed by adding a .usb extension cord) BUT best 500 I have ever spent By far better than I thought it would be

Utterly disgusted
Dirty, looked used, Nothing was wrapped or sealed. Looks like it wouldn’t have worked properly in anyway when I turned it on, there was no suction on my hand or anything it was pathetic.. Very sad I waited a very long time and save it up to get this.

Speed control stops working after a few uses.
Yes, I've owned it for a couple of years, but only used it about 10 to12 times. The variable speed control stopped working. Its on or off at medium speed. no slow or fast anymore. I hate spending this much money on crap. Take your chances, maybe you'll get one that doesn't go to crap after a few uses. Also another reason the speed control isn't working, is that the seal that keeps the grease from leaking out (see picture) is causing the squeaking sound with may also contribute to is slow speed. I paid full price for this. Got in touch with seller, all they want to do is sell me another one at wholesale for $500.00. That's BS looking at the cheap parts in this damn thing, I doubt they spent over $50 bucks making this POS.
