Livabliss Janine Vintage Medallion Area Rug,7'10" x 10'3",Grey

I bought this rug probably three years ago, just now getting around to review it. It’s lasted through a baby, puppy, and adults walking all over it. It’s easy to clean and very thin so it’s easy to transport wherever! It’s soft, slip resistant, and good value for your money!

Lovely rugs. Will not lie flat on edge.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this rug for the living room 2 years ago now. This rug has withstood a lot; dogs, kids, spills, nails polish, moving across the country, etc. and it’s still in good shape! The photos and video are recent. I love the washed look of the rug but if you’re looking for a bright colored rug, keep looking . It’s definitely more on the firm side, I wouldn’t really call it soft. It’s surprisingly thin too, which I really like.I do have a few negatives about this rug though. For one, I feel like it’s always getting crooked. We straighten it, put the couches and table back on it and a few weeks later it’s crooked. Not sure if that’s just a rug problem or if it’s only this rug. Secondly, the slid resistant thing that goes under the rug (not sure what it’s called) seems to always show. I took a picture of this to show you (picture 1). There is a simple fix to this; scissor (see picture 3 for after picture). I have done this twice though.Overall I definitely recommend this rug for its price. I’ve never bought an expensive rug so I don’t know how they compare.

I used girl math when selecting the size of the rug and oooooff I’m so happy I was accurate! It looks so good! It’s not a thick rug by any means, it’s actually rather thin, but I wasn’t looking for something that was thick.. I wanted something to protect the hardwood floors from getting scuff marks from the furniture, and also to keep mine and mine company’s feet warm while we are lounging (my living area.) In the pictures you can see that the rug wasn’t staying flat along the edges, that has since been self-corrected! I purchased this maybe 2 weeks ago now and over that time period it flattened out on its own. You can probably use heavy things like text books and etc to assist but I didn’t feel the need. It looks so good and I’m happy with the colors, design, and quality!

I am completely blown away with this rug! There were some reviews that made me a little nervous but I'm so glad I went through with it! Even the pictures on Amazon do not do this rug justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! It is way softer and cushiony than I expected it to be we did put a felt mat under it for some extra softness. There were concerns about it settling in this picture it's been down for about an hour or two. It's almost completely flat I figure over the next few days it'll need to be stretched out but it seems to be settling just fine. We have one little hump in it which I was concerned about but it seems to be settling also. It brightened up our living room which has terrible floors and really brought the room together in such a cozy way! It's huge it's comfortable it's beautiful and for the price you cannot go wrong!

I was hopeful and I guess it was wishful thinking the reviews wouldn’t apply to this purchase... first of all you can’t see the pattern in daylight, so it looks like a mostly white rug. Second of all it showed up rolled so tight that the ends wouldn’t lay flat which I was kind of expecting but it took three days with heavy items on them to lay flat but the edges still curl up a bit creating a tripping hazard and two of the three rugs will not lay flat. Also there is not sticky backing so they slide all over. Too much of a hassle to return and I like the pattern when you can see it! I’ve ordered other runners that were packaged similarly and didn’t have any of these issues ...

This rug was so easy to unroll and get into place on my own. The edge that was on the inner most side of the roll did stick up just a little at first but did relax after a couple of days and is now lying flat. It is easy to vacuum on top of which is so nice because we do have a pup who makes a mess of her toys on it! I have not tried washing it yet, but have high hopes that it will wash easily. Overall I love what this rug did for our space!

I was not expecting such a nice and large rug for such a reasonable price! It’s very nice looking and does exactly what I wanted it to do. It smelled a bit chemical when I first got it—for about a week—but I covered it with baking soda and vacuumed, now it’s fine. I really like it. The design is subtle.
