A friend of mine recommended I take this with another supplement, so I bought them both. I don’t know if it’s this supplement or the combination of both supplements, but boy did it clean my stomach. I have a bowel movement 4-6 times a day and this is not the reason I bought them. It helped though.I also, don’t get as hungry and get full right away. I am very gassy though and constantly burping. The pills are easy to swallow as lo g as you take enough water with it.I have only taken it for almost a week, but i feel great!

I am currently on a subscription for this supplement for the next three months. The idea is to lower my A1C. It also helps lower total cholesterol. We'll see how it goes. It is made from the best stuff for this supplement. But do your own research to see all the benefits it offers.

My last order I noticed they changed the formula. It no longer has the bitter melon in it and the bright yellow color is now a beige color. Which makes me question if it’s pure berberine. I wanted to try berberine because my doctor recommended it for my insulin resistance and high cholesterol. The previous bottle I saw improvement in my digestion and less bloating. My cholesterol levels were lowered and after a month I lost 5 pounds. But this current bottle didn’t seem to make a difference in my cholesterol levels and my weight has not changed. I hope they go back to the previous formula.***** updated review on November 6, 2023 *****I am writing an updated review because the company reached out to me and offered a full refund because I wasn’t happy they changed their formula. I am changing my 2 stars to 4 stars because of the customer service. They explained to me that the reason why the color changed was because they added more cinnamon (after they took out the bitter melon) to the formula which changed the bright yellow color of the past berberine. The new formula didn’t make a difference for me and that’s ok. The customer service was very kind to offer a full refund. Because of this, I will look check out their inventory and see if there are other vitamins and supplements I need and purchase in the future. Based on 3rd party data, this product only contains 71% of it's advertised mg. There are better products out there that contain 100% berberine. Do some research before choosing this brand.
