I don't know if anyone truly gets the amount of fiber per day that our bodies need. But I have IBS-C. Hypothyroidism, and some other issues. As I get older, getting the right amount of fiber is important! Women need 25g of fiber a day and men need 45g. I have to track my fiber and protein intake because I'm also vegan due to health reasons. At the end of the day, I can look at my data and see if I've met my 25g of fiber and take the amount I need accordingly. This liquid fiber is the best thing ever created! Thank you Nutritional Designs!!

Expected to love and really benefit from this liquid fiber supplement. Used for sensitive elderly and allergy-prone bowels in people who have a hard time handling powders and capsules. But the ingredients are not as described — they used chicory root instead of Jerusalem artichoke, and turns out, we are allergic, cant use at all. And we were surprised that even though it says it is shelf-stable, that only means for 60 days, and it cannot be refrigerated, or it could go solid and be unusable. So, because the ingredients are not as labeled, we will chat with amazon customer service to see if they will refund.

Is has been useful conform to specs. Good taste.

Horrible! Doesn't work well at all. Has a extremely sweet taste. Would not recommend have used other products that work better.
