I was skeptical before trying this product but after using consistently, can already see benefits. When I received the product, it was packaged very well, and the instructions were super easy to follow - which I can appreciate! The device itself it’s pretty compact and easy to store. I’ve used other devices in the past that were very confusing to set up/use and this was very straightforward. Pro Tip - make sure to use a THICK layer of the gel provided over the area you intend to use this device on. It will eliminate discomfort and allow the radio frequency to activate and penetrate the skin. I’ve been using the facial tip for 10 minutes every other night and have noticed my skin texture has smoothed and the contours of my face have become more detailed. I think this is due to the collagen boosting and lymphatic drainage benefits of radio frequency devices. This is by far the best professional grade at home device I’ve used! If you stay consistent you will definitely see results.

I am about to be 30 and I like to do treatments on my skin and massages to take care of my skin. I came across this awesome warmDerm and I am so I love after using it. The benefits are what I look forward to in my everyday skin care like tightening, firming, rejuvenation, and slimness on my face. This machine has helped me with the lymphatic drainage on my face in just one use rather than when I do it my self with my hands or a tool for it. The machine feels so nice and warm and it really feels so nice to do this at home rather than going to a spa and spending so much money. The price is so worth it . If u love ur skin this is a must have ❤️

It seems to work, but hard to say after only 2 months. It definitely warms up--the first time I used it, I used level 2 for 8 minutes, and actually burned my skin--it went away quickly enough, and I've used level 1 since then without issues. I think I see some lessening of the wrinkles, but I think it will take some months before I really know how well it works.

In its 32 page manual, the WarmDerm has three instructions for use:1. Treat once every 3-4 days.2. For rough, dry, or aging skin, take 3-4 days apart, and3. For good skin conditions, operate at 1-2 day intervals.There are no directions for how long (10-30 minutes) to set the device for…or what level (1-5) to use to either tighten skin on different body parts (face, neck, buttocks etc.) or to reduce fat for contouring.I ASKED THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS IN WARMDERM'S WEBSITE CHAT. The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this product. After the first use, I saw and felt the difference in my face specifically, my forehead and crows feet. My forehead wrinkles were less visible and my skin felt tight after only one use. There was no discomfort and it was very easy to use. I am very excited to continue to use this product and recommend this product if you are looking for a natural and non-surgical way to have a more lifted and tightened face.

My device stopped working after 5 months, so it was too late to return. The seller wanted to remedy the issue right away and is sending me a new device.

I am revising my earlier review and can now attest to the quality of the WarmDerm machine.I had returned my first WarmDerm to Amazon when I didn’t detect any warm sensation from the probes. Shortly after I returned the machine, I received an e-mail from WarmDerm customer service explaining that I probably did not apply gel on the operating area before use, so the radio frequency instrument did not heat up.“The radio frequency instrument needs . . . a coin-sized gel on the operation area to conduct conductive heating, and the radio frequency energy can enter the deep layer of the skin to activate collagen and fibrin,” the customer service representative explained.She asked me to give the product another chance, and I agreed. I soon received a replacement machine from WarmDerm and found that the probes indeed heated up once I applied them to my gel-coated skin. I haven’t been using the WarmDerm long enough to know what it will do for my skin, but I was very gratified to know that the company stood behind its product.
