Is this a replacement rudder for the hobie mirage eclipse pedal board? My kids just broke ours off.

Yes, this will replace the rudder on your eclipse. Note that it doesn’t include the black round drum assembly, although that part is rarely broken.

Does this fit the iEclipse?

No. The iEclipse uses the same rudder as the Lynx. Jay Smirnow, Backyard Boats
