Just bought this and used for the 1st time! This item does exactly what I bought it for and is very sturdy too! I would definitely recommend this to anybody that wants a reliable portable phone charger whilst on the go!

Brilliant power bank that did exactly what it was designed to do

Qi2.2 25w wireless charging on iOS26. Works well on iPhone 16 Pro Max (running iOS 26 beta 8).30w wired in/out with built in cable or secondary usb c port. Display is very hand.When initially powered on error 188 appeared for a few seconds - which says in over temp. The same error comes on when unplugging or starting to charge, but goes off after 2-3 seconds. Still waiting for tech support to confirm if this is normal.It is expensive, but it allows a maximum of 25w wireless charging - IF the right charging profile is detected by the device - unlike Qi2 15w wireless power banks.

I've come to expect very high quality and intelligent design from UGREEN products and this is no exception.The design is clever and unique. In addition to the separate charging cord it has a built-in USB-C cord in tough woven nylon that doubles as a wrist strap. Unfolding it is instinctive and when not in use it nestles neatly at one end of the case. A small window shows a brightly lit LED display of the remaining charge in the internal Li-ion battery.The Power Bank turns on automatically when connected to a device needing charging, whether wired or wireless. The single button is used to turn on the power display when the product is unconnected. Wireless charging is turned off by default if a wired device is plugged in but pressing the button turns it on so that 2 or 3 devices can be charged simultaneously (1-2 x wired, 1 x wireless). Charging rates drop if multiple devices are connected - the User Manual has a section entitled "Power Distribution" which shows the charging rates to each device when 1, 2 or 3 devices are connected. The maximum output is 30W through a wired connection and 25W via wireless. Rates fall to 7.5W for wired and 5W for wireless if 2 or 3 devices are connected.With a capacity of 10,000mAh the power bank has enough capacity to fully charge any phone at least once and more depending on the phone model. It can be fast-charged itself if you have a 30W or better fast charger - in around 2 hours!The set comes with the power bank, a separate 50cm USB-C to C cord, comprehensive multi-lingual instructions (in 14 languages - but in very small type!), packed in an attractive, recyclable printed card box.The product and the packaging are marked with UKCA, CE and FCC logos to confirm that the product conforms to UK and European electrical product safety standards.I use this power bank on my Pixel 6 phone which will wirelessly charge at 21W. It runs perfectly, even through a stiff silicone case, although I'd recommend a Magsafe type case with built-in magnets for best results. Being Qi2 compatible the wireless connection will work with any Qi wireless-compatible mobile phone.The size and weight make this an easy device to carry around and keep connected to mobile services over long periods of use. The current price of just under £60 may seem a lot, but what you get is at the cutting edge of this technology, packed inside a beautiful little device that's a dream to use. I recommend it.

The cable itself looks and feels very well made, reliable, and stiff enough to store cleanly yet flexible to not stress the port in use.✅ I love the clear numeric display and much prefer it over the usual four dot LEDs. Seeing the exact percentage lets me know precisely how much power is left, so I can plan when to recharge it. It also has small icons to confirm when wireless charging is active or when the power bank itself is being recharged. The side button activates the LED.✅ Can charge up to 3 devices at once. Two wired plus one wireless at once covers a phone, earbuds, and a second device without juggling sockets.✅ Overall, it looks and feels premium and durable. The metallic finish is very attractive and aesthetic. The casing feels dense and impact resistant with tidy panel gaps, and good thermal design. The size and weight are reasonable for 10,000 mAh. For me, it was lighter than I expected which is likely well intentioned due to the wireless charging aspect. Pocketable.✅ The box includes the power bank itself, a short USB-C to USB-C cable, and a user manual.Though,⛔ The silicone material really attracts lint and dust.⛔ The value is in Qi2 speed and the integrated 30W cable. If none of those matter, a cheaper power bank may be more value to you as this one is on the more expensive side.
