Worst product, did not work for even one month and poor customer service from Symphony
The blower stopped working after one month of usage only. I created a ticket via whatsapp number provided by Symphony. No action was taken by anybody for 2 weeks. Then, I called Symphony customer care. They told me to contact a local vendor named SA Enterprises, Bangalore for this purpose. SA Enterprises also just said will fix it tomorrow. I had to continuously follow-up with them. Then, their electrician came. He just moved some wires and made it working. The blower started working then.But, after 1 week, again I faced the same issue (blower not working). I again generated a support ticket via WhatsApp. I even did a follow-up with SA Enterpises. Their electrician told me that my motor had issues. He just made it working the first time (WHAT THE HELL? WHY DID HE NOT TELL THAT BEFORE?). He then told that they have sent an email to Symphony about the motor replacement. They gave me somebody's number from Symphony to talk to. I talked to that guy but he had no idea what I was talking about. He also did not take any action. Then, after some 2-3 weeks, Symphony chose to close my ticket (with no action being taken).I had to create another ticket. After that also, I have followed up with SA Enterprises. Between Symphonyt and SA Enterprises, why should the customer suffer for a defective product? Amazon please help me. I am out of options. I bought this cooler approximately in July and have not been able to use.So, tip to buyers - DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SYMPHONY. They just have pricy product with zero Customer Support. I am utterly disappointed. It had been better if I had bought a 2000-3000 rupees cooler from a local vendor.

Using this from last 4years. Portable. Less noise comparatively and made of good quality.Air throw and cooling is excellent.

Good for small space like flats , light weight good fan speed and swing options also very good service after purchase I don't understand about Tyre fitting we make single call next day eng come and solve problem

Cooler stand & wheels are made from low quality
Product is good but cooler stand is weak, no section provided to install wheels in stand, we can not move cooler with stand its so weak. However i selected this product because of some features lik touch pad but when i receive it is not present in pad.
