Nice product. Is very firm as well as elastic enough. It should help in avoiding injuries as well as help in rehabilitation process. Make sure that you buy the correct size since the item is non-returnable and the product page does not explicitly mentions this fact. I was lucky enough to have bought one of the correct size. I am really disappointed and did not this expect from Amazon. Amazon should make sure that the return policies are made available on the product page for the buyers to see.
