Tends to get hot.
Works well enough, but when you charge two devices simultaneously it tends to get rather hot. Be careful when you touch it! Better to unplug your devices first, then wait for it to cool before touching it.

Just an ordinary charger, overpriced for nothing.
The way it is described leads us to believe it is a fast charger on the 2.4 amps port. It is NOT. Just a gimmick to fool us. It's only an ordinary charger with two ports. Don't get fooled. I am returning this in one hour of receiving it and testing.

No Fast Charging
Whenever I connect my phone [Samsung Galaxy J7] to this charger, I get a message that the phone is charging slowly. I have tried using different cables/wires for charging; the old cable & a newly bought cable as well but the end result is the same.It would, therefore, be safe to conclude that this charger does not give a fast charging output. I am very disappointed with this product.

Not fast enough
I expected faster charging put as i tried it can give max of 1.2amps with my asus Zenfone max pro m1... That wont account as fast charger... only replace option no return... So not very happy... Its working thats all i can say...

No indication light on charger its necessary to place a light not recommended
SLOW charger my new IPAD charging MUCH slower than the Apple original wall charger that came with the IPAD, Disappointing I am not going to recommend this product just I say don’t get this one.

Port quality very average
Decent quality product, found it hard to put back the usb cable into the ports once u remove it...
