Teakore wood polish is specially formulated from top quality food safe ingredients to preserve butcher blocks, cutting boards, counter-tops, furniture, wooden salad bowls, utensils and bamboo. The wax polymerizes into cracks, cut marks and imperfections on the surface and makes it water repellant. It stops food preparation fluids from seeping into the wood – this helps prevent bacteria growth. How to Apply: 1- Clean your butcher blocks, cutting boards, counter-tops, wooden salad bowls, utensils, bamboo. If you are applying on old used wooden item, we recommend you to remove greasy, dirt surface with with sandpaper. (Sandpaper with number 100 and above will be ideal). Sandpapers are usually available at your local hardware store at very nominal rate. 2- Apply generous amount of wood wax with soft cloth, microfibre cloth or new paint brush 3- Let it sit for at least 8 hours or overnight for best result. Polish with clean kitchen towel or paper napkin to remove the excessive wax 4- Thats all. It should be ready to use

Good for preventing water damage only.
Product is soft ..Cannot mask damage to polish coat (scratch marks).Is not to be considered as wood protective polish ..Its just a coating you apply to make the wooden surface water resistant.Does not completely dry even after 24 hrs. But hey it isnt meant to.Coating vanishes after few times use, need to re apply.

Perfect product for all good workers. Completely colourless and orderless. Does not change the colour of the world. Only imparts a nice glossy shine, and makes it moisture resistant.

Great Product
Product is great. The packing and the jar is very pleasing. I have been using it for a few weeks now. You need to know the technique to put the wax on and buff it. If you know it then you can get the most out of this product. Cheers!
