See my picture with the opening size of the rimmer (it measures 6 inches across and will fit 5 inch margarita glass). The swivel works good as well as the magnetic closure. I was surprised at how big this thing was. It worked for rimming some glasses, but the rimming salt quickly became saturated and needed to be frequently refilled.

Heavy, good quality, easy open. Put doublesided tape on bottom and you’ve got a nice salt rimmer.

Was very happy with this when it came in. But not long after using this salt rimmer the lid fell off. I got tired of fixing it so I eventually just bought a different one all together

I think the magnets (inset into the lid and rim) one the container I received are reverse poles because they refuse to line up and grab each other. This causes the lid to sit ajar no matter how I try to close it.Other than that major flaw, it serves its purpose well.
