Q: Is this first or second generation?

If the bottle says MMHC II it’s the second generation. If it says MMHC, it’s the first

Q: why is urea used in these products? We know what urea is and I don't think it is good on skin.

Urea is a hydrator. It is chemically formulated, not naturally-derived. It is also a light exfoliator and is excellent for the skin.

Q: does this have vitamin C or E in it? if not can I use to using this?

No Vit C or E in this formulation ( refer to product details , ingredients ) . As far as I have seen blogs of skin enthusiasts , Gothamista , Nadine Baggot etc , Hyaluronic Acid is layered with Vit C .
