Q: is this cordless or has a cord ?

The 6930 phones have corded handsets and are NOT wireless. The 6940's have wireless handsets.

Q: what firmware version is installed on these phone i need a phone without SIP but with Minet.

The phones I received came with Minet firmware by default. Our phone switch (Mitel 3300) then updated the phone to the latest Minet version automatically once the phone connected to the phone switch.

Q: Does this come with the cordless or corded handset?

The 6930 phones have corded handsets and are NOT wireless. The 6940 phones have wireless handsets.
