I recently purchased this heating pad, and it has met my expectations in every way. The size is perfect for covering larger areas like my back, shoulders, and stomach, and it's even large enough to wrap around my legs, so I can use it like a heated blanket. The material is soft and comfortable, making it easy to relax while using it.What I love most is how quickly it heats up and the variety of heat settings, allowing me to customize the level of warmth. This heating pad is very convenient. I really like how flexible it is. I can easily fold or bend it to the position that I want so I can use it on any body part.I get knots in my neck often, and this pad makes it easy to fold to the contours of my neck and shoulders. The size of the pad is very large too, giving good coverage.The material of the pad is very comfortable and makes it enjoyable to use without using another cover. The cord is very long making it no problem to use anywhere I want.The display of the control is very clearly lit up and easy to see. It goes up to 150 degrees and heats up very quickly.

Small but does the job! So soft and such great quality! Has a timer, heat control settings, and is awesome for the price. I use it often when it's cold!!! And my fur baby loves to nap on it on the lowest heat setting. Just a lil warmth for my baby

This is a great heating pad for a) it's size and b) number of heat settings. I have had trouble with other heating pads in the past because they don't always get warm enough. Also great to be able to share with my cat at the same time. I use this mostly in winter to keep warm while watching TV but have also used it for lower back pain. A few times the heat would go off (as it should via the timer) and I couldn't get it back on again unless i plugged/unplugged but has not been a major issue.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these recently. I order these about every 2 years because they wear out. I put a lot of hours on them. I reordered the same ones from my prior purchases. I don't know what they did differently, but these are terrible now. I haven't even used it for 5 hours, probably because it keeps shutting off. It works for about an hour and then the controller display starts fading/blinking and will not turn off or on. Just keeps a slow fading flash with the heat level number on the display. It will not heat up but shows like it is on. I am very disappointed with these. Of course they were out of a return window. I did not even use them during the return window. There is no way to contact the seller. I thought they were sold under a warranty, but I cannot find that information. I would not recommend purchasing these heating pads. It's a shame because the ones I bought from 2022 worked amazing.

I use my heating pad every night& at 69 I couldn't even take a guess how many I've been thru. But trust me it's A LOT. This WAS a very nice color, the size WAS perfect and the material WAS light and soft. I just wish it would have lasted awhile longer- maybe a year at least but all it does now is flashes P on the power switch. I've tried unplugging it but as soon as I pressed the temperature control it's back to flashing a P.EDIT; I was contacted by their customer service team offering a refund or a replacement. Because I do use a heating pad so often I took a chance at a replacement&they stood by their loyalty to customer satisfaction &sent a new one. So far it's been working like a heating pad should. Fast&hot&the same pretty purple color! Thanks Mica!

This was my favorite heating pad of all time. So warm, so soft. Easy to read digital display with temperature in degrees instead of a ubiquitous 3 or 4. Also, it stopped working yesterday. Kaput, totally dead. I started to use in January and it's only the first week of May, so I expected more than 4 months out it. So I highly recommend if you only need to use it for four months.UPDATE** seller reached out and sent a brand new working heating pad. very happy customer!

Love it. Multiple heat settings, flexible, large, and long cord. It being flexible lets me use it on shoulders and neck. It’s also nice not having to worry about the cord being long enough to plug in.
