Every once in a while my dog will find a contaminated piece of wood or get into a water body that is growing something unpleasant. We've only needed this 3 times in 12 years but I will always keep one in her emergency kit in the car.

Bought this after seeing so many TV vet shows where charcoal was given after accidental pet poisoning. Since I live 90 min from an emergency vet, just want to have it in case of emergency.

I asked two vet hospitals about this product and they say it is bogus, not real. I do not know who is telling the truth. I could not find any online content saying that this product actually works. Besides how do you know it actually helps the animal besides them getting better on their own without this medication. Please provide more evidence or pointers if this really works.
