I like Swanson Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 500mcg Each, 250 Capsules because they are easy to swallow and it is a cost effective way to get your vitamin B12. I will buy again. My husband and I both take it and neither one of us has had any problem with it.I also like that it has minimal ingredients, only two additional ones: rice flour and gelatin.This is a good product for a good price. I will purchase this vitamin again.

I have added this supplement to my daily routine. It definitely helps with my issues such as extreme tiredness or lack of energy. This product is a great price.

Good price for a supplement compared to CVS

I take a few of the Swanson products, and they all seem to be effective for me. Good quality supplements and not overly pricey.

This is the best brand of vitamin B12 I have ever tried. I love the ingredients, only two, no silicon dioxide or magnesium stearate.
