The front of the package says 180 softgels- 3 month supply and the back of the package states 2 pills gives a dose of 3,000mg pumpkin and 300mg saw palm...However the description clearly states "Each pouch contains 180 softgels, with a recommended serving size of 3 softgels per dose, providing 3,000mg of pumpkin seed oil and 300mg of saw palmetto oil 4:1 extract, offering up to a 60-day supply. This combination delivers dual-action support for prostate, bladder, urinary, and hair health, making it beneficial for both men and women" so not sure what to believe at this point do I take 2 or 3 pills?? I guess I will follow the package and hope I am getting the full serving wish it would match up.
