Best projector I've had by far
I've had a few projectors over the years but this time I bought an LCD projector to avoid the rainbow effect seen in some DLP projectors which can be very distracting, so this has been an excellent buy. The image quality is solid—sharp and vibrant for movie nights.Surprisingly, the eco mode maintains a very bright screen and the fan is nice and quiet. It's a thoughtful feature, especially for prolonged use. Setting it up was straightforward, and the range of ports covers all my devices. For a projector without the rainbow issues, this LCD model gets the job done. The quality is fantastic and while I use this for movie nights I can see this being perfect for offices or weddings too.

Well above expectations. 5star projector!
I don’t often review items but I just had to. I have a 65” OLED and took the plunge for my bar setup. I am extremely happy with this projector for the price. I paid when it was well under £500 . Very easy to setup, plug and play. I am projecting on to a 84” at around 2.7m and watching various sports, the full had quality for the size is outstanding. This is not in day light room and has many led lights on and 1 window for daylight. The projector performs well above my expectations for the money.Links to other items I purchased that you see in the photo and what you will require if using the same ceiling mount.Circa 2.7m away from 84” screen84 screen - https://amzn.eu/d/j31k8mKCeiling Mount - https://amzn.eu/d/bP7gzdqScrew conversion- https://amzn.eu/d/czEUbxZ

Impressive picture quality.
Very impressed with the picture quality and the adjustments that can be made. The sound is not suitable for a small room but it was always purchased with the aim of linking to home cinema set up.

Great visuals but poor audio connectivity
I tried a few cheaper LED projectors which were very good for the money but pretty poor compared to my HD OLED TV. However this EB_FH06 has an excellent picture and isn’t too far away from my TV offers in terms of detail although compared to an OLED contrast is lacking which is to be expected for a projector. You can’t watch it in daylight but it’s ok with the curtains closed and it really excels at night without the main light on - but with enough light that you can still see to around. On the cheaper projectors I bought I found it was difficult to see the ball movement when watching sports like tennis, football etc but with this projector the ball blurs a little but you can still follow it with no problem. At night you run it in ECO mode which results in a slightly dimmer picture but the benefit is that fan noise is much reduced. The automatic iris control makes a slightly annoying creaking noise and I initially turned it off but have turned it back on ‘normal’ mode, as the constrast is improved and after a while my brain filtered the noise out. So picture-wise I can’t fault it and my only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is audio. The built in speaker is ok but understandably it won’t fill a room. On the cheaper projectors I had I used a hdmi audio ‘stripper’ which I put an inline, before the projector, and this sent the audio to my AV amp via toslink. This method still works but I was kind of hoping that it may off hdmi-pass-thru so could stream to the projector and then use the other HDMI port to send audio to my AV am but - NO you can’t. Sometimes I took my other projectors outside into the yard during summer and showed a few films from a USB stick, and these cheaper projectors had 3.5mm stereo output socket which I fed into some active speakers to enjoy stereo sound which was fine for back yard. However this projector has now audio whatsoever, no 3.5mm, no HDMI pass through etc - nothing. Given its cost me £550 it seems very poor and why can’t Epson offer what my first £60 projector offered - a 3.5mm stereo output jack? Their website says that you can enjoy films on it - which you can and it looks great but just don’t count on hearing them too well unless you add a lot of external stuff. Why make such a fine visual product and then forget about the audio - maybe it’s designed for silent films... one For Keaton, Chaplin... loversUPDATE 9th May 2023. I got around the lack of an audio out socket by buying another HDMI audio stripper which had a 3.5mm socket on it so I can now use it in the yard. I still think it is a great projector for its video performance. According to various experts ‘Cinema’ mode gives the most accurate colour performance and I would agree with this but if it’s still light outside, then I use ‘Vivid’ until it gets dark and then I go back to Cinema mode.

Wow
We didn't know what one to get. But I'm so glad we got this. The picture is brilliant. You can see every detail. Very easy to set up. The colour is amazing .we wired it into the surround sound as the speaker is a bit tinny. But worth every penny

Not worth it , returned
Updated review, after 6 months lamp started flickering , quality of picture dropped dramatically day by day , black dot was clearly visible on the middle of the screen also picture started bending , unfortunately returned to Amazon and as it wasn’t fixable I received full refund , I do not recommend buying it the lifespan of lamp is much lower than promised I have watched over 1890 hours when I noticed drop in quality and the description says absolutely something else , may I add I was watching in eco mode all the time and it was default setting , I’m happy I’m getting my money back and I already purchased OLED tv to replace projector . Also worth to mention ; noise level very high , produce laughable amount of heat (helpful in winter ) and for the price and brand absolutely not worth it , I’m not surprised they lowering the price all the time as obviously it doesn’t work as it should , focus very low , menu very archaic and old fashioned (possibly Java) , setup not very straight forward, so I’m happy I’m getting my money £450 back and that was the last projector I ever purchase due to lifespan of lamp and the price you need to pay to replace it , I’m a big fan of movies and I do watch a lot sadly this one wasn’t good enough for home cinema if that’s what you have in mind , I recommend more expensive brands but in comparison to life of device I recommend buying a tv set , thank you I do hope this was helpfulAnd thanks Amazon for being professional and understanding, even tho return window closed I did get my money back , thanks

Excellent projector
This is a superb projector and very bright. I project onto a very dark grey wall in my cinema room and still it produces clear bright images. It’s also very quiet after the initial warm up, which takes less than a minute.
