Are the hat and coat removable?

The hat and coat are sewn on and are not meant to be removed, but could be if you slipped the stitches that hold them on.

I am wondering if this might work for a dollhouse. Are they posable at all? Thoughts?

It is not posable and a little too big for a dollhouse.
