No, you can not sit down in the costume

Are there alternatives to sitting or do you have to take it off?

It is possible to sit down in this costume but it has it's challenges and doesn't offer the most flattering angles. For best wearing you want to be standing, walking or jogging around. Hope this helps :) x

would i need help getting in and out or is it easy to do that yourself?

The zip is located on the outside of the costume and runs up the spine of the diplodocus' neck. This isn't an ideal spot and so I would say you do need a second pair of hands to help you with getting into the costume. Hope this helps :) x

does it fit somebody who is 300 pounds or more

I'm 265 pounds. I was wearing a cell phone, and have full pockets. The fit was very snug. 300 pounds is close to too big. It will be about proportions I don't know, or want to.

Cute and as advertised!

I thought the face hole was too small at first, but it was all just in the technique. I tied the back legs into a knot to look like flippers and I went as Nessie the Loch Ness monster!

Fan doesn’t work

Got the costume on. The fan was not working. Fit tight. Couldn’t move arms as thought I was gonna rip the zipper. Cool costume, just needs to be bigger. Bummer the fan didn’t work. Sending it back with a note…

Cute! But small head space

Pros: Everyone loved the costume! It was hilarious, cute and inflated within minutes. I didn’t have any issues with my zipper like other people mentioned. There’s also a pocket for your phone or keys!Con: the space that you have to fit your head through is EXTREMELY small with no stretch. Your head has to go through the first hole and go around your neck so that the costume can inflate. You can’t cut it or else it won’t work. I have locs (attached a second photo for reference) and we struggled to get my head and hair through the first hole. We ended up putting my hair in a high ponytail at the very top of my head and pulling the ponytail through FIRST instead of trying to pull it down over my hair. The pull down method did not work. There was no stretch. Once I got my hair through the hole I was able to slide it down with no problem. Well, it was still a little tight but with help we got it on!Overall great costume for the cost. Just be aware that if you have big hair, braids, locs etc you’ll have to do some maneuvering to get your head through the tiny hole. Worth it though for the laughs.

as silly as i had hoped!

held up perfect for halloween festivities, fit just right (maybe a little short, i'm 5'9!) and no issues with the pump or inflation. had tons of fun, lots of compliments from my neighbors.

OK and funny - but sizing more limited than "up to 6' 2"

Purchased for my brother. He is 6'2", 210lbs. He's going to use the costume, but there are some sizing issues for it. Based off fit, we wouldn't order again and I would say you shouldn't either if you are over >= 6'. Or if you consider your build athletic to big, I wouldn't order either. It looks like the sleeve/shoulder area is very tight and the elastic is stretched vey tight around his arms. In addition, there are two holes in the head area. One is for your face, the other is inside and goes around the neck to seal in air. The neck hole is elastic with velcro, but my brother had to tear it a bit to fit over his head. It will seal enough to mostly allow inflation, but the dinosaur head will dip as it doesn't "pressurize" enough. We think if he uses tape to seal the small tear it will fully inflate (shown in pic holding tear closed).
